I got beautifully decorated and air-conditioned room with coffee, a double bed, a mini bar which is chargeable as advertised.

I felt safe, thanks for very pleasant experience!
The location was incredible, I reached the metro within 15 mins walk on foot. Loved staying at the beautifully maintained and light room for kettle.

hotel is very close to several subway stations and there are several possibilities for eating and shopping in the surrounding area. breakfast is good and freshly prepared. bathroom is clean and has a large shower. all towels are changed daily.
hotel and all rooms are located directly on a busy road, greatly reduces the living and sleeping comfort. staff is polite, not really friendly. rooms have been renovated and we would have expected more quality and comfort here. furniture is partly damaged and stands in front of switches and sockets, safe does not work at all, space is very narrow for 2-3 persons (we had a 2-bed and a 3-bed room). The hotel even seems to be so cramped that a vacuum cleaner and blanket can be found under one of the beds. What is striking during the entire stay is a very strong unpleasant smell (cleaning agent or carpet?) That forces all windows to be kept open. But it stays very loud all night. The bedside lamps can only be switched on or off when the bed or bedside table is pushed away. The switches are located there. The bathroom is very chlorine-rich, is also very narrow except for the shower and the ventilation is weak or not working at all. In the narrow bathroom with the door opening inwards there is also the toilet, leaving 1 m² of free space that the door consumes when opening and closing. If you want to close the door to reach the shower, it's best to stand on the toilet or sit in the sink :-). The hairdryer can be found in the closet next to the safe; there is no suitable socket in the bathroom. Last but not least, the fire doors opening inwards are noticeable, which make escape difficult or even completely impossible.

My first room was quite cramped. Barely room for two to move around without bumping into each other. Even when moved to a larger room, being right on the corner meant the sounds of the crosswalk signal were intrusive at night, which might not suit those sensitive to noise.

This hotel was perfect for our trip to the theatre in London, only 20 mins walk to soho square. Very clean and well equipped room. Staff friendly and polite. A great breakfast also.
No lift but a walk up three flights of stairs wasn't a problem for us

A cozy small hotel with a great central location. The room was clean and very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, perfect for a summer stay. Breakfast included a lovely variety, including fresh fruit and a delicious cooked English option. The absence of a bar on-site was noticeable, and some amenities could use improvement.
