No lift in the building can be a hassle, especially after lugging bags up multiple stairs. My first room was quite cramped. barely room for two to move around without bumping into each other. Even when moved to a larger room, being right on the corner meant the sounds of the crosswalk signal were intrusive at night, which might not suit those sensitive to noise.

A cozy small hotel with a great central location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy walking to various restaurants and pubs. The room was clean and very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, perfect for a summer stay. Breakfast included a lovely variety, including fresh fruit and a delicious cooked English option. the absence of a bar on-site was noticeable, and some amenities could use improvement.

Great for families seeking comfort
We booked a triple room and it was just what we needed for our family. The breakfast was delicious, fresh omelettes cooked to order every morning which started our day off right.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for the quality, I think it was still passable.

Nice spot near the sights
We loved the place! The location was awesome, right by the British Museum. The breakfast was delish and made fresh each morning. The staff were really friendly. The only hiccup was dragging our bags up those spiral stairs. that was a workout! a good stay.

comfortable stay with minor issues
The bed in our double room offered a great night's rest. The location was ideal with plenty of shops and cafes nearby.
The bathroom could use an update.

missingWrote a review on 20 Mayspacious triple roomvariety breakfast optionsmodern bathroomno lift access
Comfortable, spacious triple room with a modern bathroom, great hot water supply, and good daily tea/coffee restock. The breakfast area is charming, offering a variety of hearty options right across the hall from guest rooms without intrusive noise.
No lift access presents a significant challenge, especially when reaching the third floor after a long day. The pillows in the triple room had a musty odor, and the safe was out of order. On top of that, the lack of adequate window ventilation made the room quite warm during the afternoons, requiring constant air conditioning adjustments.
